He was trained at Princeton under Charles Hodge and after a pastorate in Philadelphia returned to his native Ireland. He was one of Ireland's greatest theologians, and trained Principal John Mcleod of the Free Church College. This short biography highlights his influence in church life in Ireland and beyond. 32 pp.
